Personal Statement

Are you finding that life is not as satisfying as you would like it to be? Do you question whether or not you can ever be happy again with your significant other? Don’t give up on yourself or your situation. Together we can work towards improving all areas of you life, including your relationship with yourself and others.

If addictions are part of the problem, I can help you overcome them too. I have 22 years of experience and have helped many people improve the quality of their lives.

I am here to listen to you and understand who you are and what you need. Whether you come alone or with a partner, child or friend, we can open up the lines of communication. Sometimes it takes just a little of the right kind of help to improve a situation.

I am a licensed independent social worker. In addition, I am a licensed independent chemical dependency counselor. I have been working in the field of addictions since 1988  and have been performing individual, couples and family counseling since 1998. In my personal life I have suffered the pain of divorce and the uncertainty of life after loss. I have experienced single parenthood and have raised two children. I know all about the ups and downs of life and I have been successful in assisting many couples and individuals improve the quality of their lives. I know that life can be great.
