Marriage Counseling

I work with couples to help them "really" understand each other.  I teach effective communication skills which are essential to creating a trusting and loving relationship. This can lead to a more satisfying sex life, a reduction in the intensity and frequency of fighting and more problem solving. 

In addition, I assist couples in discussing tough issues and help them learn how to resolve conflict in a way that allows both partners to feel understood and accepted.  All of this takes place in a comfortable setting which is completely private and confidential. 

My clients tell me after just a few sessions that they already notice the difference.  They report greater satisfaction in their relationship and a sense of hope that they can once more feel "those loving feelings."  Don't give up on yourself or your partner.  Things can and will get better if you make the effort.  Let me help you.
